Acceptable stay but with some issues
adequate breakfastthick carpetsunfriendly staff
the breakfast was good I found it to be adequate.
the hallway carpets are too thick rolling luggage was difficult i struggled to move my bags. three steps in the hallways are not practical a ramp would have been better. The staff did not seem dog-friendly although dogs are accepted, they seemed displeased about them.

Excellent stay NEAR Arc de Triomphe

The breakfast room was particularly excellent. I noticed it was decorated cleverly with a light well and many plants, giving it the impression of a garden even though it was in the basement. The hotel interior deco was VERY nice throughout.
